I eat here regularly since the day they opened up and usually order a cesar salad and the ribeye. The filet is also very good. The food here is always consistent. Great chef and service.
I am in Costa Rica, visiting from the States. As soon as I walked in it felt different from any other Capital Grille I have been to. I happened to be there the night that one of their parent company representatives were also in attendance, shout out Craig. The service was phenomenal. The bartender, Guillermo, was excellentl. Pablo, the manager was also amazing. Very good English, so it was easy to communicate. The wait staff was very nice and ffriendly. I was having dinner with a friend for her birthday and they made it extra special. I am not a big steak eater but the NY Strip that I had was probably the best steak I have ever had in my life. They definitely know what they are doing at this establishment. 10/10. Will be going back before I leave, for sure.
Beautiful place! Attentive wait staff, clean! Food was very good but pricey as it is in the states! Had mushroom bisque and shrimp and risotto. So much food but on the executive lunch menu so only $25 US dollars. Very nice experience!
I went to The Capital Grille for my birthday and it did not disappoint. The staff, service, food, and ambiance is amazing. They greeted us with such warmth. Service started right away and was impecable. The food was really delicious. The lobster cakes, caesar salad, and truffle fries are a must order. I got the wagyu and it was super flavorful and tender. Hubby enjoyed his fish dish and the french onion soup. The coconut custard tart is incredible and one of the best desserts we've ever tasted. It is very expensive but I thought it was worth it for the experience, quality of food and portion sizes. I do wish they offered free bread, as it is a fine dining restaurant. But they did give me a smaller version of their cheesecake for my birthday and a handwritten birthday card, which I thought was a very nice touch. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at The Capital Grille and would definitely go back.
