The food was good, but not great. The service and environment, though, make this spot worth visiting. We sat at the next-door pizza restaurant, which shares the same terrace, but could order from either restaurant regardless—I believe both venues may share the same owner. The vegetables were my favorite part of this dish, having been crisped and seasoned surprisingly well. Be warned that there isn’t a sunset view on this side of the hill—regardless, the terrace provided a beautiful ambiance.
We were here for breakfast. Spectacular views, great coffee, prompt service. The food was good but not spectacular. The sauce on the eggs benedict was a bit thick and lacked any zestyness. You gotta go and check it out! Our food experience may have been a one off thing so we would definitely go back!
If you're in Pura Vida and missing out on some fresh local ingredients and local fish come to emilios cafe the service is awesome the Caribbean sea bass I could dive into all day. Plus the view are epic not miss out on the Desserts. Flourless chocolate cake 👌 perfecto all around
We loved this restaurant, the food was really nice and our waiter was really attentive. It was a little pricy but your paying for the amazing view. They have a good selection of wines. We did feel that the menu was a little limited but we are quite adventurous with our food so we will always find something. I had the India curry which was really good. My girlfriend had the Carribean chicken which she enjoyed and our son had the 450g rump which he loved
Came here for breakfast before the beach and loved it so much that we came back for dinner. The Tipo breakfast wrap was SO good! Highly recommend. Also really enjoyed the Caribbean fish for dinner. Friendly and attentive service. Amazing views of the pacific ocean too! A little expensive but in keeping with the area.
