The atmosphere at Filo offers up a little of the lively and romantic dining with two different levels and a patio area. The top floor opens up with tables overlooking the streets below giving a more romantic twist to your dining experience. Street level has a large bar and lounge area that gets filled quickly on the weekends for pre-dinner cocktails. The table sharing theme that is so common in parts of Europe is found in this trendy hub on the bottom level. It's a great way to meet others and share your experiences during your stay in Costa Rica but if it is not for you, they have the upper level for quiet dining.
The menu has a wide selection of seafood, marinated meats, pasta dishes and a great selections of wines from an international stock. The marinated 'Carne' dishes are excellent with an Argentinian flavor that will make your mouth water from the aroma alone. Excellent preparation and presentation of the meals topped off with the friendly staff will give you an excellent dining experience at Filo.
