A lovely beachy mediterranean experience in Jacó. One of the nicest meals we had in Costa Rica. Attentive service. Relaxed casual atmosphere. Quality food. Decent menu options. We were a little puzzled that the arroz con camarones also came with papas fritas, that's a lot of starch, but okay :) Recommended. Main street but it doesn't feel main street.
Nice little Mediterranean restaurant with outdoor seating and cozy indoors. The kitchen is up a spiral staircase and has a dolly that transports food down to be served.
Annoyingly good 😂 I came in early, nobody else there, was greeted by a lovely staff member, sat down and ordered the Beef Gyro only. It came, and having lived in Cyprus and visited many places in Greece I was upset that the Beef Gyro seemed to look like a fusion attempt of a taco x beef gyro. To my dismay, as I took the first bite, it was bloody brilliant. The flavours were exploratory, the meat was tender and the initial apprehension towards the presentation of the dish vanished. I wanted to not like my Beef Gyros, unfortunately I bloody loved it. 9.5/10 God bless 🔥
Super small restaurant that was DELICIOUS! Service was great and the food was yummy. We got the almond crusted sea bass with passion fruit sauce and the catch of the day (mahi mahi). Would recommend. Came up to about $42 USD for two
Yummm! We’re going back tomorrow. 😋 We went here for dinner and were so impressed with the quality of the food, the thoughtful attention to detail, and the hospitality of the staff. Everything was super delicious and fresh. There are lovely healthy options on the menu, and they made the fried artichoke hearts gluten free for me. The panna cotta with candied figs was creamy and not too sweet.
