We were in a beach house near the reataurant for 4 days. We went to Don Toro's Beach Restaurant when we arrived the first day and loved it. We ended up eating there 3 or 4 times before we had to leave. Three of our young grandkids were with us and they loved being able to run out on the beach and look for iguanas and Macaws while waiting for our food. The food was very good and the staff who waited on us were great. This quickly became one of our favorite restaurants we ate at during our Costa Rica trip which covered several different areas of the country. Highly recommend!
We have been coming to this beach and visiting this restaurant for the last five years, multiple times during each stay. This is one of our favorite places to eat. The waiters always remember us and the food, drinks and atmosphere is always so charming and is absolutely terrific! Can’t beat the beachfront location. They have the best Pargo around. Leo is our favorite waiter and as always extremely hospitable. I wish I could give it more than five stars!
