We stopped by Danish Bakery after the Carara National Park visit and had such a great experience. We tried the mint lemonade, a smoothie, coffee the fish burger, and the veggie sandwich, and every single item was amazing. The mint lemonade was especially refreshing, and everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The portions were very generous, so we left happy and satisfied. The owner was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
We were looking for fresh bread and decided to stop here, and we're so glad we did! The bread was amazing. We got the baguette, and it was fresh and delicious. We also picked up some pizza, pastries, and cookies for snacks, and everything was excellent. The atmosphere is really cute, and the service was warm and friendly. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!
Really great breakfast with super fluffy eggs! Great coffee, great value! I can’t wait to try the pastries we bought when I’m able to feel hungry again!
We didn’t expect to find a Danish bakery on our way to Manuel Antonio, but it was such a great surprise! Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and most importantly it got the approval of my Danish partner, which says a lot. Definitely a hidden gem worth stopping for!
Wonderful breakfast at reasonable prices. And some of the BEST bread I've ever had. Check out their 50% off section for day-old bread. We took it home and toasted it and we wish we bought more 😄 Service lady was kind and humorous!
