This place was awesome, We dined as a group of 5 and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Decent portion sizes and quality food with fresh vegetables. Would recommend this place to people in the area. Also is nicely situated next to the beach.
Wow ! What a flavorful experience ! I’m vegan and didn’t feel like I was left out at all - plenty of options for me to eat and the food was so delicious and fresh !! Ask for a fresh coconut as well so worth it ! And the service was great John Carlos greeted me with a friendly smile and good energy 10/10 would reccomend for breakfast lunch or dinner for sure
Loved Soda Sol de Caribe in Puerto Viejo - ended up going twice for breakfast and once for lunch. Super tasty food, relaxed vibe, and just a really nice spot to come back to.
We thought this looked like a nice place to stop for lunch. I will describe it as varied. It has a nice atmosphere, although our server was pretty taciturn. I chose badly with the seafood burger. It tasted reconstituted from frozen and certainly not freshly made. I didn't eat it. However my husband had a great meal with chicken and beautifully cooked veg. Friends had a wraps which were enormous and they seemed to like. The smoothies were lovely too.
Super nice location! If you want to eat vegetables and fresh yummy food, go here. We have been there 3 times now and really enjoy the meals. The kids liked the noodles and the kids burger and we ate local food like rice and beans but also can really recommend the bowl!
