Our chef, Patricia Ferguson, comes straight from Aspen and Denver Colorado. Patricia graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Denver and then spent a summer perfecting her skills at the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen Colorado. She now serves her 'asian infused' mahi mahi, tuna, filet migñon and much more here in Jacó Costa Rica. The salad dressings are homemade and the thick pieces of yellow fin tuna are caught fresh daily. We have made the decision to keep a small menu and always focus on the quality of the food served. Patricia changes the menu every few days, so diners will always have a new dish to sample. Recent local articles in the Jaco paper will give testimony to the recent notoriety the Hotel Poseidon Restaurant has gained in Jacó and San Jose.
