I would have to say we've had the best steak ever being in Costa Rica, proportions were generous and flavorful!! It was our 12 Anniversary Dinner and we were surprised with absolute delightful Cheesecake!! We already plan to come back!! Any restaurant that takes time from their day to honor celebration deserves return customers in my book!!
Some view on the sea, but more important is the place itself. Populair with locals and tourist busses alike. Staff is friendly and quick. Lots of seats, all in the shade. We tried the filet de pescado con camarones and the filet de atun. Both were excellent. Update: we went a second time for pechuga de pollo. Would strongly suggest eating at this restaurant.
From beginning to end just absolutely amazing!! We were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. We already knew we were getting fried snapper and boiiiii they didn’t disappoint. Vista Mar owes me NOTHING !! I highly recommend this spot !!
Had a great dinner at Vista Mar last night. I had the breaded sea bass and my husband had the garlic butter fish and shrimp. Delicious margarita and Long Island ice tea as well. Excellent service and generous portions. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Amazing restaurant. Very good food and service. The owner comes and greets everyone , he is so friendly and he becomes friends with everyone. Is such a special place . I had the best mahi-mahi fish in the first night and second night I tried a big portion of lobster for 60usd . Prices are good, everything is fresh and all employees are very nice and humble . You can see the sunset over Pacífic ocean. I totally recommend this place . Is a lifetime experience. Pura vida !
