We visited the restaurant twice. The first time we ordered from the à la carte: tortilla, calamari and octopus and everything was delicious. The second chcice was the menu of the day and we went with tuna, octopus and tortilla as well. It was awsome. Tortilla for out doughter was personslised with no problems. Very nice service, Costa Rican atmosphere and possibility of watching world cup! Testy juices and beer.
Amazing experience! The octopus was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly tender and full of flavour. The view is spectacular, and the service was truly amazing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
Beautiful setting, plenty of shade, yet you can see the Pacific. In fact, great parking at the restaurant and could take a quick 10 min stroll to the beach for pictures before leaving. Food was excellent. We enjoyed a whole fish, where you have a choice of small, medium, or large) and Pulpo (grilled Octopus with garlic and butter. Great location and food, perfect half way spot between Ojochal and Alajuela to break up the drive. We will be back again 😊
We visited this restaurant for our Christmas dinner and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We tried several dishes including octopus, tuna steak, fish, quesadillas, and nachos – and honestly, everything was super delicious. The absolute highlight for us was the tuna steak: perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The drinks were just as good as the food. We enjoyed cocktails, beer, shots, and fresh juices, and every single one was excellent – well prepared, refreshing, and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The service throughout the evening was very good: attentive, friendly, and relaxed without ever being intrusive. You can really feel that the team enjoys what they do. The ambiance and overall atmosphere are exactly what you want on a special evening. The place has a laid-back, casual vibe with chill music that creates a very pleasant and relaxed setting. It’s perfect whether you want to have a longer dinner, enjoy a few drinks, or simply unwind and have a good time. We would come back anytime. Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants we visited in Costa Rica and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, excellent drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere.
This is the best restaurant I have been to in Costa Rica (and we have been to many). Great selection on the menu, the meals are served in an aesthetically pleasing way and the taste is harmonious, the ingredients are fresh, meats are tender, fruits and vegetables are juicy and tasty, seasoning is great, obviously the chef knows what they are doing. Service is professional and friendly. Music is great, atmosphere is genuinely great. Seems to be both visited by locals and tourists. I am so glad my girlfriend showed me this place.
