Beautiful place in an amazing location. The hotel is surrounded by jungle, and at the back there is a large pond that attracts all kinds of birds and other wildlife. It’s a fantastic place for nature lovers, especially if you enjoy watching waterbirds. There are several trails you can explore from the property, including one leading to a waterfall, which makes the stay even more special. The food and drinks are very good—especially the cocktails—and the service is friendly and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy nature, wildlife, and a peaceful setting.

This lodge provides intimate, personalized services that I cannot recommend more! The hosts go literally above and beyond and have amazing talents and specialties which allow guests to experience boutique service at a very reasonable price. Raul, Letti, Aberdeen and Henry thank you for your attention to detail and amazing knowledge you shared with us during our stay. The property shows the love and care you give!

This is a little gem, hidden in the forest. Its a small scale hotel with beautiful gardens and lovely staff. The road to get there is a bit of a challenge, but the reward is high! We had a cabin, its simple but with a nice terrace with two rocking chairs. Relaxing! The birdwatching is amazing. Meals are provided on site. Nice food, nice portions. We stayed 2 nights but would not have minded another 1 or 2 nights in this beautiful place. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful lodge. The food was incredible, the staff attentive, and you can spend days just exploring the trails on the property. The land is rich in wildlife, and especially good for birders and herpers. The climate is warm and very humid but the rooms were still very comfortable. I’d recommend to anyone wanting to relax in a jungle setting.

We stayed at this beautiful eco-lodge surrounded by nature during our trip to Costa Rica in December. From the moment we drove through the entrance of the park, we were struck by the sense of peace, the stunning natural surroundings, and the exceptional service. From our private jungle lodge, partly built from bamboo, we could both see and hear a wide variety of birds and other wildlife. We also greatly enjoyed the night tour with two private guides from the lodge, during which we spotted several species of frogs, reptiles, and insects. In addition, we explored the park on our own and took a refreshing morning swim in the waterfall before breakfast. We were fortunate to share the lodge with only two other guests, which made the experience even more special. However, for anyone who appreciates unspoiled nature and wants to escape the fast-paced modern world, this place is truly ideal. Be sure to enjoy the local, homemade breakfasts and dinners as well—they are excellent and freshly prepared using ingredients from the lodge’s own garden.
