Nice family hotel close to the pacific ocean! We came as a family of 4 with a young child and everyone had fun! The amenities like the beach, pool, casino, café and restaurants give everyone the chance to enjoy the place. The town is at walking distance, but there is no sidewalk to get there. Overall a really good experience if you don’t mind big hotels and resort style places.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great time at Croc’s Resort & Casino! The casino floor was clean, modern, and full of great electronic slot machines and table games. The tables were a lot of fun, and it was really convenient that they accepted both American money and colones. The dealers were absolutely fantastic — friendly, patient, and welcoming. We had a smaller group at the roulette table, and the dealer took the time to teach newer players how the game worked and how to play, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Even better… I walked away a winner from the roulette table! Great atmosphere overall and definitely worth checking out if you’re staying in Jaco!
Spent 6 nights and loved it. From coffee in am at cafe, breakfast on floor 2 and hanging at bar by pool with Andres, we had a great time. Pool and amenities are wonderful. Room is clean and great ocean view. Highly recommend. Short walk to town and lots of places close.
Everyone was so kind and professional. Ariel and Keran from the coffee shop were especially kind and welcoming. This was our first time in Costa Rica but one of the many trips we’ve taken and we can’t recommend it enough. From the food, pool, easy access to the beach and other locations, Crocs is the way to go. We got a wonderful price on our suit for the first part of our stay but then decided to stay an extra night due to the kind treatment and beautiful location. Only thing I would love to see different is a larger Non-alcoholic beverage selection. But all in all, we will certainly be coming back! Also, pro tip, if you know any locals and are wondering the best place to stay when in town, they offer low rates for guests to join you in your room and at the hotel. The money spent on the day passes goes towards casino play!
