Reviews
we only stayed one night. if you think of this stay as more of glamping, then it is wonderful. However, the lack of AC was definitely uncomfortable for us. the rooms are entirely open to air with screens in place of windows. the overhead fans are very powerful but the temperature never dropped below 85F even in the middle of the night. our room, el chou chou, had a nice private patio and full outdoor kitchen. the cleanliness was acceptable but not spotless. the room is definitely outdated in a lot of ways. the staff was friendly enough. the breakfast was served by the pool but quite basic. We did meet other guests who comfortably stay here for months on end and love it, so it really depends on what you are looking for in your stay. overall, it wasn't for us.
