Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park – Luxury Day Safari by Electric Train
Escape into the wilderness with a unique day safari to Mikumi National Park, the fourth-largest national park in Tanzania. Travel in comfort by electric train, enjoy luxury transfers, and experience an exciting game drive in an open safari jeep.
Your adventure begins with an early morning hotel pickup in Dar es Salaam, followed by a comfortable transfer to the electric train station. Depart from Dar es Salaam at 6:00 AM on the high-speed electric train to Morogoro, a scenic journey of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Upon arrival in Morogoro, you will meet our luxury transfer driver and continue by premium vehicle to Mikumi National Park, approximately 1 hour away.
Once inside the park, begin your exciting safari game drive with our professional guide in an open safari vehicle. During the safari, you will have the opportunity to explore the breathtaking landscapes and encounter a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, giraffes, and many other animals in their natural habitat.
In the afternoon, enjoy a delicious bush lunch surrounded by the beauty of the African wilderness. After lunch, continue your game drive for more wildlife viewing and unforgettable moments.
At approximately 4:00 PM, depart from the park and transfer back to Morogoro for your evening electric train to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, our driver will transfer you comfortably back to your hotel.
