We Attended a class today at Dragonfly Shala. in the most beautiful location, right next to the jungle that hugs the beach. Our teacher was Sorian, and she was just incredible. I’ve been practising yoga for 30 years, and she’s the best teacher I’ve ever had. Her cueing and the way she described where we should be feeling the energy and working in our muscles was second to none. And the meditation was exquisite and grounding. It made me feel an emotional shift. We walked away feeling like that was a very special class and can’t recommend the location and the teacher enough. Really grateful to have met Sorian and Andy and have visited Dragonfly.
I’ve been here for a week now and just fell in love with Sorian’s yoga class. The way she guides the session feels very powerful, present, calm and intentional. The whole structure of the class is beautifully designed, with a perfect flow from start to finish. I really left with a feeling lighter, grounded and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend🤍
Classes with Lauren left me in a calm yet energised state, the perfect balance! She crafts beautiful smooth sequences that step you into a little challenge with softness. Looking for a daily routine while on break, I was happy to find her classes. Lauren’s energy is warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at home after the first class. She has abundance of offerings, just ask :) The space is magic, right on the ocean with a jungle backdrop so you can hear the sounds of wildlife as you practice. Very peaceful. The perfect start to your day, can recommend x
I come weekly for yoga with Lauren and she is so so amazing! Her classes are fun, relaxing and also challenging in the right ways. I enjoy the grounding sounds of the waves and her grounded guidance. Highly recommend!
