Reviews
I booked this hotel for 3 nights and it was fine. They said ultra deluxe suite with view, but it was judt a small room to be honest. The ac worked, the room was cleaned properly. The breakfast was kinda terrible, no choice, coffe and juice and somethink a mebu to order from. I got the smallest toast on this world, but they were friendly enough to give me another. We ordered pina colada here and got it in a plastic cup. Not gonna comment on that. The staff is very friendly and they have a lot of parki g spots availible so that is good. The price is also reasonable, so... its an ok hotel.
I stayed here with two friends, and we booked the deluxe suite, which was very spacious. Our room overlooked the pool and had two porches with chairs. We experienced several blackouts during our stay due to the earthquake. The concierge was extremely helpful and assisted us in arranging daily activities and tours. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel as a budget-friendly option with large rooms.
Pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this hotel was! The pool area was magical day and night. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with two bathrooms, which is a huge plus for a family of four. Everything we needed was in the room, including cups, plates, and cooking utensils. A supermarket is within walking distance for stocking up the fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was even a washer and dryer! The included breakfasts were plated meals, not a buffet, and they offered fresh juices, a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. It offers great value for the price.
On our first stop in Jaco for the weekend this was the best hotel/ resort in the area. Very close proximity to the beach. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Very good vibes with the cafe downstairs in the hotel lobby. We got a room with a washer/ dryer combo which came in clutch on our week long trip. All around cleanest best hotel. Great for observant jews like us who needed help opening and closing doors; the staff knew about the shabbos laws and were very accommodating. 12 minute walk from the chabad in Jaco on Naćion street.
Staying at Oceano Hotel was an amazing experience. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the pool and mountain background. Breakfast was served well and there was a variety of options to choose from. All the staff were so accommodating and genuinely nice people you could trust. The pool area is not too busy through out the day so you can rely on finding space to relax. Easily the nicest hotel on the strip. 10/10.
