Comfortable stay, but expensive for what you are getting which seems to be the way in Costa Rica. The bed was comfortable, it provides a kitchen and has a pool and beach access. The rooms are very dated however with bathroom access being tricky and the shower head was full of limescale. We paid £45 for one with discount but I felt this was too much for the aesthetic and location (not lots to do here). It was good for us to break up the camping but just not good value for money.

Hidden gem in Costa Rica!!! Kind workers, beautiful scenery, and amazing restaurants near by. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! The rooms have everything you need to feel like home. Nothing beats the view from the balcony in the ocean front rooms. This place is truly one of my favorite places i’ve stayed at.

I stayed here with my son in March, on a whim while exploring the local area. The location is right on the beach, walking distance to a few restaurants and the rooms are clean (albeit, very small), they have AC, fridges, microwaves etc.. The pool is clean and the wildlife around is quite fun to watch. The reason I’m giving it 5 stars is because of the bang for the buck! It was inexpensive but not cheap.

It’s not a paradise for sure. The room wasn’t clean and we felt musty smell everywhere. The bath towel and bed sheet provided by them had stains and hairs. We didn’t used it because we had our own towels and bedsheet. Floor had broken tiles. We hardly stayed a night and happy that we didn’t have to stay for long. They had plenty of houses like this, and I don’t know about the cleanliness of those rooms. The room that we got (room 3) wasn’t clean.Only good thing about this place was the location. Beach was nearby and restaurants were also accessible.

This was just in the right place along our route. It's right by the beach, though not a great beach, and protected by security gates that your room key operates, which was good. A trailer park feel and vibe. The room was very good and several restaurants a short walk. Far enough away from the road that traffic noise wasn't an issue.
