What a unique place! Staying in an igloo in the Costa Rican jungle was a cool experience for sure. Our room (Domo 2) was comfortable and included good WiFi and AC, as well as a fridge and complimentary cold water and coffee. The bed was also very comfortable and it was cool too look up and see the stars through the window at night. Generally, we were very happy with our stay here, but it could do a little updating in places - our flooring in the dome looked a little tired and the paintwork around the pool area is chipping away a bit. The only constructive criticism I'd give to the owner is to change bathroom flooring in Domo 2 - the fake grass feels a bit strange underfoot, especially when wet, it never really dries and im note sure how it can be properly cleaned of hair etc. Other than that, our stay here was a uniquely cool experience and I would recommend others to stay here

You may need a toilet stick to clear out the toilet in the middle of the night but if I could do it so could you! Don't leave your door open! We got a scorpion inside. Hahaha! But truly waking up to the squirrel monkeys foraging every morning right outside our door was worth all of it! Truly magical!!!!

The owner has created a truly unique space here, right on the edge of the forest. We stayed in the small geodesic dome which has the most incredible adjacent bathroom with the look of an ice cave and an open sky waterfall shower. The 'small' dome was plenty big enough for a couple, the window into the woods good for wildlife viewing from bed and the skylight above the bed for stargazing. The supercool a/c was very welcome, as were the fridge, coffee maker and crockery/cutlery that were provided. There's also an outside table/chairs and hammock with views to the jungle and visiting frogs 🐸 The site has waterfall pools and a barbecue area for guests too, all designed and built with the owners unique flair. Marvelous to see and stay amid such creativity. I hope to see more arty accommodation added should I get the chance to return one day.
