Our stay at Conga Boutique Hotel was incredible! The location was close to the town and the best beaches. The stay was made even better by the incredible staff who were available to help us every step of the way. Starting from Guillermo, who welcomed us, gave us a tour and pointed out the incredible animals that live on the property. Shoween gave us amazing recommendations on where to eat and was available to help us on all our requests. And Valentina, who shared all the great spots that puerto viejo had to offer and was so kind with her time. The staff made the stay a worthwhile one. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit PV! Pura Vida!!
We had a wonderful stay at Conga Hotel. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The location is great, convenient and easy to get around from. The staff was excellent: always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Special kudos to Grettel, who provided outstanding service and made us feel very well taken care of. Valentina was also very kind and attentive, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again ❤️
Amazing hotel in Puerto Viejo. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious and you can choose between different options on the menu. Pool is a bit small, but enough to relax. Easy walk to town. Staff 10/10, always helpful and kind.
I had such an amazing stay here! The room was very comfortable, clean, and I really appreciated the daily housekeeping. Having AC made a huge difference as well. The daily breakfast included was delicious and something I genuinely looked forward to each morning. I also loved that there were water dispensers, and tea/coffee available all day. What truly made this experience special was the staff — everyone was so kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Guillermo, Showin, and Valentina, who went above and beyond with their recommendations and genuine care. You can really feel that it comes from the heart. I also had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced with Luna — it was outdoors by the hammocks and so relaxing, I could have melted. Overall, I loved my stay. It’s conveniently close to town and I’ve definitely found my go-to hotel in Puerto Viejo!
A Hidden Gem with Outstanding Service! We have an absolutely wonderful stay at the Conga Boutique Hotel. Everything about this place is top-notch, but some things really stood out. First, the staff. They are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their hospitality truly makes the difference! Second, the breakfast. It is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every single morning. The rooms are another highlight, stylish, spotless, and featuring incredibly comfortable beds. And lastly do not miss out on the massage. It was pure bliss and one of the most relaxing experiences. If you are looking for a place with great vibes and excellent service, this is it!
