Description
Explore the 3 km Jaguar Trail on foot, winding through the diverse ecosystems of Tortuguero National Park. Known for its exceptional biodiversity, the park hosts thousands of plant species and a wide variety of animals. The guided walk offers opportunities to see monkeys, toucans, anteaters, sloths, frogs, birds, and snakes in their natural habitat.
The tour begins at the office located 50 meters south of the main dock, next to Beauty Care Spa in Tortuguero. Binoculars are provided for better wildlife viewing. Closed or hiking shoes and long pants are recommended for comfort and safety. Insect repellent is supplied during the walk.
The activity concludes back at the office, where you can discuss your observations and ask questions about the local wildlife and ecosystem.

Important Information
- The National Park entrance ticket is required but not included. If you have already purchased a ticket for the Canoe Tour on the same day, it covers this walk as well.
