Meet your instructor at the parking lot next to the restaurant El Vaquero in Tamarindo. Look for the purple flag labeled “La Muda” or ask the parking attendant for “La Muda Surf.” If needed, request assistance by asking for Carlos Brown or Isabella Carrera from La Muda Surf.
The lesson starts with a safety briefing and basic surfing techniques. Beginners get tips on standing up and catching waves, while intermediate surfers can improve their skills with professional guidance.
