Description
Begin your experience with the included pick-up in the Manuel Antonio area or come directly to the meeting point at Playa Espadilla. After the welcome, you'll receive an introduction on safety, reading the waves, positioning on the board, and the technique for standing up. Then you'll enter the water to enjoy 90 minutes of personalized instruction. The class is suitable for both beginners and experienced surfers, and is always held in an area selected for its safe conditions. The instructors have more than 20 years of experience teaching surfing, professional experience in swimming, and recognition in surfing and bodyboarding competitions. At the end of the guided class, you will have an additional 30 minutes to practice on your own and reinforce what you have learned. Use new boards, a leash, and a good quality surfing shirt, all included. The activity has a civil liability insurance policy. After surfing, cool off with water, pineapple, and cookies. You'll also have showers and chairs included to relax and enjoy the beach. The full experience lasts 3 hours, including the approximate pickup time.Includes

- Minimum age: 4 years. It is not necessary to know how to swim, but it is recommended. The activity is not suitable for pregnant women, people with back or heart problems, or people with reduced mobility. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen. Pick-up and drop-off are included in Quepos and Manuel Antonio.
