Climb aboard and get ready for the whale watching sightseeing tour in Uvita, a unique eco-friendly experience within the famous Ballena Marine National Park.
Our adventure begins with a cruise along the stunning coastline of the Ballena National Marine Park, where an expert bilingual tour guide will share fascinating facts about the marine ecosystem while you look for the active resident dolphins that love to play in the waves of the boat.
As we venture out into the ocean, we'll focus on spotting the majestic humpback whales during their migration seasons (January to March and July to October), giving you the opportunity to witness their spectacular jumps and songs in their natural habitat.
The trip will also take you to admire the Ventanas Caves, stunning rock formations ideal for capturing unforgettable photos. During the trip, nature lovers will enjoy spotting various seabirds such as pelicans and frigatebirds.
Sea conditions permitting, we'll enjoy a refreshing swim or go on a snorkeling sightseeing tour of Isla Ballena (mainly available in the summer season). We'll end this incredible day by returning to the starting point, having enjoyed the most complete nature experience in Costa Rica.
