The Pacuare River ranks among the top ten most beautiful rivers worldwide and is Costa Rica’s premier rafting destination. The tour covers 27 kilometers, mainly class III-IV rapids, and passes several waterfalls with diverse wildlife along the way.

Logistics begin with arrival at the base in Turrialba by 7:30 am, with departure at 7:45 am. The 50-minute transfer reaches the river area near Linda Vista de Siquirres at Ganadería 3X Adventure Park. Upon arrival, participants receive all necessary equipment and a safety briefing covering paddling techniques, commands, and emergency protocols.

The rafting portion lasts between 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on water levels. The tour pauses mid-journey for a picnic lunch by the river, then continues to the endpoint near Siquirres. The tour ends between 1 and 1:30 pm, with an approximate arrival back to Turrialba by 2:30 pm.
