Description
The experience takes place at Finca Educativa Don Juan, where you will enjoy an authentic Costa Rican fire-cooked lunch, served either at the beginning for afternoon sessions or at the end for morning sessions.
After introductions and icebreakers, the session begins with self-reflection activities centered on the concept that you and your life are a garden that can be cultivated for wellbeing.
Following about 45 minutes of guided self-connection, you will create art by selecting a piece of wood and using available materials to paint a piece inspired by 'The Garden that We Are.' You keep your artwork as a personal memento.
The experience concludes with a sharing session where participants present their art, providing an opportunity to express themselves and connect with the group.
This activity combines creative expression with the natural surroundings of the organic farm.
