Description

Begin your adventure with a ride on the Sky Gondola, gliding through the treetops from the mountaintop to the river below. As you travel, your naturalist guide will point out the spectacular wildlife that makes this one of the most biodiverse locales on the planet. Keep an eye—and ear—out for howler monkeys, sloths, toucans, and parrots. Next, take an easy walk along the riverbank while enjoying the sights and sounds of the forest, or choose a challenging path to the cascading Puma Waterfall. Along the way, your guide will teach you about frogs and insects you’re likely to encounter. Gain insight into the reserve’s conservation efforts in a presentation by a biologist. New species have been discovered here, and Foundation staff are actively engaged in species monitoring. Your ticket contributes to research conducted in partnership with the University of Costa Rica.
