We absolutely loved our stay at Wanderlust Villas! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a little hidden oasis. The property is surrounded by nature, so it’s peaceful and private, but you’re still only a few minutes from downtown Jacó and the beach, which was super convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well every night. One of my favorite parts was all the wellness amenities. The sauna was amazing, the cold plunge was such a refreshing experience, and the pools were perfect for cooling off and just relaxing. It really felt like a boutique wellness retreat. Another amazing part of our stay was the host. She genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay and was always available if we needed anything. You can tell she puts a lot of love into the property and wants every guest to have an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful, beautiful, comfortable, and close to everything Jacó has to offer, I can’t recommend Wanderlust Villas enough. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was even better than expected: the communication with the property hosts, the serenity and privacy of the beautiful property, and the overall peaceful energy that created the ideal backdrop for our experience. Had an amazing experience hosting a retreat at these magical villas. Jai is very experienced and has everything well organized so planning and facilitating a retreat came with ease. The villas feel like home - cozy, yet airy and bright. The beds are so comfortable and each room has a bathroom - bonus for retreat spaces! It's tucked back in a safe and tranquil area, yet close to town and fun adventures.
We stayed at this property for three days to host our wedding, with a total of 30 guests, and it exceeded expectations in every possible way. The grounds are absolutely stunning — lush, peaceful, and immaculately maintained. Every room and cabin was thoughtfully and beautifully set up, with truly everything anyone could need already there. The attention to detail is exceptional, down to the high-quality bath products. The pool areas were perfect — warm, pristine, and clearly well cared for. They became natural gathering spots throughout the day and evening. And a special mention for the two resident dogs, who completely stole our hearts and added so much charm to the stay. The yoga chalet was the true crown jewel of the property. We held our wedding ceremony there, practiced meditation and yoga there every morning, and even played a social deduction game there at night. It’s a shoes-off space. Every guest house was welcomed with a thoughtful gift basket of snacks. When we arrived we were treated to free coconuts and a tutorial on how to cut them open! Location-wise, the property is only a five-minute drive to Jaco Beach, which is gorgeous and convenient — just note that it is not walkable. A car is required. The property comfortably accommodated all 30 of us without ever feeling crowded. It’s important to know that this is three separate villas, not one massive house — but they’re all within about a 30-second walk of each other, which worked beautifully for both togetherness and privacy. And finally — the best part of all — JAI, the host. Jai went so far above and beyond that it honestly redefined what I thought an Airbnb host could be. Jai coordinated staff to set up our wedding decorations, hired chefs to cater multiple meals throughout our stay, arranged an ATV excursion for half of our guests, organized cleaners to refresh the common areas throughout the day, and provided constant one-on-one guidance for both us and our guests. That level of hands-on care and hospitality is something I have never experienced at an Airbnb before. Thank you so much, Jai and staff!
Absolute 10/10 for group stays! We stayed here with a group of 30 for a weekend filled with a small & intimate wedding, board games, a murder mystery party, and meditation, and yoga. The yoga space is phenomenal!!! and the outdoor court yard area handled our catered meals with ease. We spent our days at the beach and our nights gaming in the spacious common areas. It’s rare to find a place in Jaco that feels this private and functional for a large, active group. Lastly, we couldn’t have asked for a better layout or a more accommodating host; Jai is so incredibly warm and compassionate. She really went the extra mile in ensuring that we (and our guests) had a perfect time. I was heartbroken to leave! We will be back!
