Langosta BC is a great place to be. We rented a condo across the street with club access being part of the deal. Reserving a cabana is a great thing if you have a large group. The wait staff are all really good at their jobs, especially Diego who seems to be everyone’s favorite. He will really go out of his way to make your day awesome. The pool area is beautiful, the beach area is also great and well kept. We took surf lessons at LBC and had the best instructor, Jeffrey. He really knows how to get you up and riding a surfboard. We took a second lesson down the beach from a different company and it was not nearly the experience we had with Jeffrey. Also, there is the nicest woman who runs the surf school at LBC, her name is Georgia and she’s the nicest person you’ll meet in Tamarindo. We will definitely come back to Langosta Beach Club.
We stayed at one of the Villas and the 3 bedroom house was very nice and well equipped. When spent 4 days at the beach club during our stay. Staff was wonderful. Would stay again.
This place is pretty awesome. There is a free parking lot right across the street. Towels are provided with a deposit. Great location, very friendly service. Plenty of beach chairs and tables as well as loungers. Same thing around the pool. Outdoor showers to rinse off from the pool or beach. Full menu. Very pretty and lush grounds. Very well kept and clean. Will be back!
Very comfortable and friendly beach club, with a nice pool, a bar (and TV to watch sports) and lots of beach chairs right on the beach. Access was included in our hotel reservation (Wyndham) and we enjoyed it almost every day. Convenient parking across the street (there is a shuttle to the hotel but its arrival/departure time is not reliable) so we just drove down and parked every day. The chilli margarita was so delicious and we had great service from Edgar. I didn't order food but looking at other tables, the food looked very good. They had live music a couple of days which was very nice. You can also rent a surf board or book surf lessons ($90 for private lessons). Overall, very happy with this beach club. Oh and I forgot to add: if you like flowers, they have this incredible plant with hanging purple and white flowers right above the pool. It was so magical, right out of a fairy tale.
Spent 4 unforgettable days here. Great service, perfect location and decent food. The kids loved the pool too. Music at the pool, but not the beach; could be nice but the natural sounds and animals more than make up for it! We'll be back!
