This is a lovely small hotel in Tortuguero and I imagine quite luxurious compared to other options. The room was extremely clean (sometimes cleaned twice per day) and the staff were super friendly and welcoming, they even brought us a complimentary fresh juice while we were sat out playing cards. The breakfast was very good and the outdoor area was super clean with lots of plants and a couple of hammocks to relax in.
Such a wonderful place! The staff in particular was fantastic. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There was an issue with our air conditioner and the staff immediately moved us and gave us a free dinner which was delicious! The breakfast was fantastica and just what we needed for a busy day. Highly recommend this hotel!
Fabulous! The rooms were beautiful, extremely clean and very comfortable. The people were lovely and so helpful - arranging transport and guides for us and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious and they were keen to accommodate our vegetarian needs. Would recommend.
A lovely small hotel with just 8 rooms, which gives it a peaceful, boutique feel. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and come with a handy kitchenette. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious each morning, and we also really enjoyed the homemade dinners at the hotel. One tip—opt for an upstairs room if possible, as ground floor rooms can feel a bit exposed with people passing by.
This is a lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and really well maintained, with everything you could need. The location of the hotel is perfect for its proximity to the town itself, and the food (breakfast and lunch) were delicious, especially the breakfasts! But the real star of the show were the staff. They simply couldn’t do enough for us, and even when we were rained in, they were on hand to help us! A real asset to the hotel! Highly recommended when in tortuguero!
