This was a great place to stay for our family. Very hospitable hosts, delicious breakfast, and a clean, comfortable room. The fridge and microwave were nice to have available, WiFi was great, and parking right next to the room was so convenient. Just a short drive to many restaurants and shops in town. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting La Fortuna! 🇨🇷🇨🇷🇨🇷
A simple establishment for a quiet, peaceful few days to enjoy the nearby hot springs. Breakfast was included and other meals available for purchase from the restaurant. The room was not new but very clean and adequate for our needs. The wifi was not very reliable. Grounds were beautiful and lots of guava trees were bearing and I was able to pick and enjoy two of them. Also enjoyed the horseback tour which was worth every minute. Definitely would stay here again.
We had a brilliant stay at Arenal Descanso. The room was spacious and really well equipped, the grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were really friendly. It is slightly further out but you can easily and cheaply get Ubers wherever you need to go. Really recommend!
We loved our stay at Arenal Descanso. Calm and clean place. Breakfast area is so beautiful by the river. We got to see various beautiful birds while eating breakfast. Good service. We would surely recommend.
