The hotel has a beautiful view of the city. It features a spa, walking trails, a pool, a jacuzzi, and a breakfast restaurant. It's a very quiet hotel, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms have a table, chairs, plates, and glasses. However, some things smelled musty. The trails to the viewpoint are steep, of medium difficulty, and a bit technical in some sections. They aren't suitable for everyone. The massage at the spa was excellent, and Jairo was incredibly kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The place is wonderful in terms of space, nature, infrastructure, and accessibility; if you like a quiet place with a cool climate, it's ideal for relaxing. My rating is based on observations from my second visit on November 8, 2025: ○ Water Supply: Currently, there is no potable water. Although a complimentary bottle of drinking water is provided in the room, it may not be enough, so they offer the option to purchase it at reception. This is a change from my first visit when the service was available. ○ Breakfast Service: Breakfast is included as part of the service, but compared to my first visit, the portions have decreased, and the staff is less friendly. ○ Rooms: The cabin had cobwebs at the entrance, and the fabrics in the room showed a slight accumulation of dust (recommendation: vacuum the rooms. I understand there are many, and they may be left ready until occupied, but it's important to touch them up). In addition, the floors require more detailing; they are cleaned but need to be disinfected since dirt is perceived when barefoot in the room.
