It is a lovely little place tucked out of the water in Puerto Viejo. I would call it charming.
I stayed here for two nights. It is about 15 minutes walk from the centre. The room has a double bed and own shower and toilet, no TV. The main area has a small swimming pool, beds, chairs and a kitchen. Coffee and water is available all day. Breakfast was simple with two cereal options and bread for toasting. The rooms have timber floor boards and it is hard to move around without making a noise, we were at ground level and heard the people in the room above moving around. The main area is out of use 8pm to 8am so breakfast is late. A free laundry service is provided with same day return which was great. Complimentary beach towels are available. The rooms are part of a complex with the owners' house, with their child rolling around on a scooter, and other building works, so the thought of a quiet stay away from the main road was offset by the noise, not as relaxing.
