Great value, walkable distance to national park so you dont need to deal with parking up there, beach walkable in other direction. The food in the restaurant was better quality and value than that which we ate in the surrounding restaurants. Rooms basic but fine, clean and good enough for what most people will need. Recommended 😀
Great stay, helpful staff. Loooved the resident cats, Mina and Chester. Pool area is nice, and we saw monkeys in the trees by the front of the hotel. They have a bar and restaurant area. Wifi is spotty esp in your room, but that’s kind of expected with the jungle area you’re in. The shower is a little difficult cuz the shower head is attached to a stick and taped and pointed down, but besides that, stay was great, beds were comfy. Would recommend
I enjoyed staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The AC worked well, bed was comfortable, shower was great, food was great. The people who worked there were kind and helpful. The room had a small safe. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the monkeys. I could walk to the beach in less than 5 mins which allowed me to leave all my things safely in the hotel and the key with the front desk. I could walk to Manuel Antonio park in 10 mins.
Loved this place! The howler monkeys at 5am was so cool! Lorenzo from front desk and Ana from the bar were so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, best typical breakfast in town. They have lots of toys for the kiddos. Their pool looks kind of big in the pictures and it's very small. The beds are hard and given with only sheets. Also, the radius of the water head the shower gives is small so it's not super enjoyable. I really loved the place though.
