Beautiful restaurant with dramatic views especially sunsets. Great food moderately priced. Staff friendly without being intrusive. We would highly recommend. Speciality is the flaming Banana
If you'd like to have a delicious dinner with incredible views of the ocean sunsets I would definitely recommend Ronny's Place. The food and drinks are both very good, the prices are great, and the service and atmosphere were inviting. I had super fresh tuna sashimi that was amazing. Liked it so much I ate here two nights in a row and had superior service from our waiter Jan. 100% recommend to anyone that wants an awesome dinner experience with a view. Pura Vida and an extra thank you to Jan as well as the rest of the friendly staff for making my visits so memorable and enjoyable. Cannot wait to come back next time I visit!
Our family had a great time here and the food was excellent…maybe the best of several places we have been. The view was great but sunset or daylight would make it much better. Known for their flaming crazy music Banana’s Foster “show” they do and it’s quite entertaining. Price is up there, but it’s expected for the experience.
Ronny's is definitely the place to go for a sunset view in Manuel Antonio! The atmosphere is lovely, and the view couldn't be more perfect! The appetizers we got were literally the best food we had on our trip (Gazpacho & Octopus)! In addition, they give the whole restaurant a mini-show every time someone orders the flaming dessert, so get ready for some fun too! 😊 My advice: make a reservation at 5pm but show up no later than 4:30pm, because they fill up quick! And don't sleep on the Gazpacho and Octopus apps!!
Visited as part of a tour group and I can only say that as a vegetarian that my meal was not on par with the non veggie options. Far less actual food on the plate. Just rice, beans (very small portion) and a skewer with about 10-12 bits of vegetable. Meanwhile the meat eaters had beautifully presented options and good portion sizes. Felt totally cheated as the budget will have been the same for everyone. Pictures show meat/fish options v veggie option. Cannot recommend if you don't eat meat or fish. Time to be more creative and thoughtful Ronny's
