We stayed 2 nights here and it was amazing, great location, beautiful gardens with lots of nature, even saw a couple of animals in the garden. Ericka, the host, was extremely kind and attentive. The breakfast is already good.
Very beautiful property. The hotel itself is like a beautiful garden. A 5-minute walk to the supermarket and main town for food. Private parking lot with a locked gate at night. The only thing to note is that the breakfast selection is very limited.
From the very first step onto the property, we felt completely embraced by nature. This hotel isn’t just surrounded by beauty — it lives and breathes it. The garden is absolutely magical, filled with the sound and color of countless birds. Waking up here feels like being inside a private sanctuary. Our room was truly special. The natural light pouring gently in from the rooftop made the space feel warm, peaceful, and alive. And the balcony… two perfectly placed chairs inviting us to slow down, breathe, and simply enjoy the moment. It felt intimate and thoughtful, like every detail was designed with care. Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, vibrant, and prepared with heart. You can genuinely feel the love and intention behind this place. Someone created it with passion, and it shows in every corner. This stay wasn’t just comfortable — it was meaningful. We recommend it wholeheartedly and would return in a heartbeat. 💛🌿
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A beautiful hotel surrounded by nature Hotel Claro de Luna is a beautiful place with stunning gardens that make you feel completely immersed in nature. The rooms are elegant, cozy, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect base to explore Monteverde’s main attractions — the Monteverde Reserve, Santa Elena, and the Children’s Eternal Forest are all just 10–15 minutes away. The hotel is also very close to downtown Santa Elena, yet it feels peaceful and magical. You truly reconnect with nature here. The service is impeccable, the breakfast is delicious, and after a day of hiking in the cloud forests, it’s a joy to come back and rest in such a lovely place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Monteverde — you’ll absolutely love it!
