Went to the new Sportsbar. Food is amazing. Lots of tvs. Service was top notch. I don’t speak the language but they went out of their way to make sure they understood me.
Surprised to see ppl saying this place scammed them. Maybe they look like easy prey idk. Either way, this place was poppin on a Friday night in a town where nightlife is basically non existent. Entry fee was straight forward and cheap. Cocktails were tasty. Music was good and the place was packed with ppl dancing having a good time. If you need your party fix while in fortuna, go to this place on a Friday or Saturday night at 11-12pm. Can’t go wrong.
We came here on a Thursday night during our vacation in La Fortuna. There was a great crowd and it wasn’t touristy at all (which we loved). There was a dj playing dance music and it was full of Latin dancing. It was exactly the night out we were hoping to have. Bar Charlie did not disappoint.
Went on a Monday night so I didn't expect much. The bartenders were friendly, but the club was dead. Very spacious venue with an upstairs bar so I imagine on the weekends, this place can get really crowded. People still came in and had a good time on a Monday which was interesting because I would've been home sleep, if I weren't on vacation.
