I thoroughly enjoyed my yoga practice with Laura. She is kind and extremely knowledgeable. The first session I had was in a yoga yurt and was my first yin style class. Laura was easily able to guide me into the correct alignment—it was amazing! I also practiced with Laura down by the river and this vinyasa session was truly magical. Laura is a talented instructor and I recommend any group or private session she may offer. I hope to return soon!!

The cacao ceremony was a true healing ritual. The place where it took place is surrounded by spectacular nature, and the service and care Laura offered our group were exceptional. If you really want to disconnect from the stress of daily life, connect with nature, and meditate, this experience is highly recommended. In addition, the cacao she gave us is harvested and processed by herself, and it was delicious. Thank you, Laura, for such a memorable experience.
