With an elevation of 1,440 meters (4,724 feet) above sea level, the park attracts a diverse range of tropical bird species. Follow your guide through this lush forest and observe a variety of birds with 400 native species. Maybe see the beautiful quetzal, a bird that migrates to the lower parts of the reserve during the breeding season, and identify some species of hummingbird.
