My partner and I booked a surf lesson with Blue Horizon through Tulemar Resort, and it was a fantastic experience. Our session was from 1-4pm, though we stayed for about 2 hours. As beginners at different levels, we really appreciated how accommodating the instructors were. William and Raúl were both incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. William especially helped for me; he was kind enough to adjust the lesson so I could stay closer to shore and work on smaller waves. Thanks to that, I was able to stand up several times for the first time ever. Both instructors gave supportive guidance and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. We were encouraged to take breaks whenever we wanted. They also had cold water, iced tea, shaded seating, and a place to relax. Overall, it was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend Blue Horizon to anyone looking to learn or improve their surfing in a supportive, laid-back environment.
We had Chef Desiree come in and cook for 19 of us at our Airbnb this weekend. It was amazing! Thank you Blue Horizons and Desiree! What a great experience!!
My personal experience with them was absolutely wonderful! They were so attentive and helpful, their kindness was top teir, their love for Costa Rica was contagious. Our first trip to Costa Rica and wow! The experience was made special from the excellent services provided by Blue Horizon. I highly recommend Blue Horizon to anyone thinking about traveling to Costa Rica, they will for sure add value for those first time travelers to this beautify country. It started with Vanessa and Diego's up front planning of travel and creating a detailed itinerary. The Airport Transfer was seamless and worth every dollar spent to get us to our fabulous Pacifica Villa in town Centre of Manual Antonio. Our 3B/3bath villa was outstanding with spectacular views and house keeping that treated like Kings and Queens. Every excursion was handled through Blue Horizon and went off seamlessly. Excursion Summary, Beach Day, Fishing on the Mono Grande, Private Chef, Sunset Cruise, Spice Tour, Jeep Tour, and local suggestions throughout the week made for a lifetime of memories with our Family. Thanksgiving 2025 in Costa Rica was an amazing decision and we will also be grateful and blessed for such a wonderful time. Thanks goes out to the entire team at Blue Horizon.
