From the moment we arrived to this resort, we were impressed. The lobby is an absolutely stunning entryway to what your whole experience will be. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff who paused our check-in so that we could enjoy the presence of squirrel monkeys. The rooms were incredibly comfortable. The poolside drinks were spectacular and the happy hour special is a great value. Every staff member made us feel welcome. The adult pool bartender remembered us from one day to the next. We had dinner on property that was absolutely delightful. The staff handled my food allergies with so much professionalism and competence (gluten free). We enjoyed watching World Cup games in the theater. Gabriel went up and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed if you’re looking for a great place to stay in near Manuel Antonio do not miss this location.
Si Como No is a magical destination with amazing service, wonderful staff, beautiful views and fantastic amenities. The included breakfast was delicious and generous. The beach shuttle was so convenient and providing beach towels upon departure and taking them upon arrival was so nice. The best part of all was the active wildlife on property. Our family got a kick out of the monkeys, geckos, iquanas running around....and a staff member at the restaurant kindly pointed out a sloth in a tree but we didn't have the luck to see it. Nothing beat the view from the lobby, restaurant, pool deck and rooms. The slide was fun for the kids even the older ones! And providing sunblock at the pool was so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!
We absolutely loved Si Como No and look forward to returning again someday. We walked in to smiling faces and a beautiful view and the staff- both in the hotel and the restaurants- never stopped taking care of us. They all learned our names and made sure we had everything we needed. The views are gorgeous and we were visited several times by monkeys (two different kinds, we could hear Howler Monkeys in the distance and we saw countless birds. The grounds make you feel like you're walking through the jungle with lush foliage and beautiful flowers. The family pool was a great place to meet people and for our kids to play with other kids and slide down the water slide a million times. They made sure my husband and sons could watch a big soccer game at either the pool or in the movie room. We had a small issue with water coming into our room because someone in the upstairs room left their water on- they came to fix within minutes. The beds were very comfy, the towels were big and soft and the rooms have everything you need. It's also located within walking distance of many stores and restaurants and only a few minute drive from Manuel Antonio national park and other public beaches. My son wanted to make sure we called our Jonathan, the bartender/ Server, because while everyone was fantastic he made my boys feel like VIPs They even surprised me with a cake in our room for my birthday! Thank you to everyone at the front desk and in the restaurants for making our stay truly fantastic.
This resort is a premier location in Manuel Antonio. Every staff member was incredibly attentive and made sure even the smallest details were taken care of to the highest level of care. Beautiful resort, comfortable rooms, cold air conditioning, fantastic staff, good food, and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. We had the opportunity to see a toucan, monkeys, and other wildlife on the property during our stay. The resort is about 10-15 minutes from Quepos and is a quick drive to the city for meals, fishing, excursions, and even the local airstrip. I can not highlight the staff enough for the care and attention that each of them provide, from the front desk, to the maintenance, and restaurant staff they truly work to make it best possible experience for you and your guests. Highly recommended staying at Si Como No!
What an absolutely fantastic hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome thanks to the warm, friendly, and attentive staff. Everything throughout the hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The location is truly stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature with breathtaking views that immediately create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care every single day. What really makes this place special is the overall atmosphere: calm, luxurious, and perfect for completely unwinding and enjoying a memorable vacation. We genuinely loved our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!
