What struck me most was the cleanliness of the facilities. The massage room floor was dirty, with obvious signs of neglect. There were several hair clips lying on the floor and a significant amount of dust, which is especially concerning in a place dedicated to wellness and relaxation. The bathrooms were even worse. They're nice, but they were dirty. The lounge chairs were stained. As for the massage, the quality was mediocre and didn't live up to my expectations for the service offered. Furthermore, when I asked for tea with a sugar substitute, I was told they didn't offer that option. I believe that cleanliness, attention to detail, and quality of service are fundamental aspects of a spa. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the experience didn't meet my expectations. The only positive thing I will acknowledge is that, unlike other times, the staff was very friendly. The receptionist was kind.
