Marcos guided us through an immersive experience blending together meditation within the sauna and cold plunge. I can honestly say these practices changed my life. Marcos has decades of experience with these practices, and me and my friends left with a blueprint for how to keep our mind calm amidst life’s constant challenges. 10/10 recommendations. I stayed in Costa Rica for a week and visited him 4 times. Can’t wait to go back!
We did breathwork, meditation in the sauna and breathwork with Marco. It was truly lifechanging to say the least - we were back the next day for another session :) Marco is truly a special healer!
