The location was great as we booked this to be not terribly far from hiking the Turrialba volcano. The hotel sits above the road and provides incredible views! The hotel was one of the few that actually has hot water and it was very quiet. The owner, knowing we were hiking the volcano, got up at 5am to prepare a hot breakfast before we left at 5:30 ❤️. When we got back, we enjoyed the views and birds from the property. We had the best dinner in Costa Rica at the restaurant with the most delicious salad and wonderful steak. The owner was so gracious, helpful and is a fantastic cook! Chi Chi, her dog, will also bring a smile to your face! My husband and I will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!
Excellent location, nice cozy design and beautiful vistas. And these two ladies that run the place are excellent cooks, all the food is done in house and tastes simply amazing!
