Absolutely loved my experience at Hotel Bar Restaurante La Escapadita in Costa Rica! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and truly captures the charm and hospitality of the area. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and the food and drinks are delish. This is 100% the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. You can tell a lot of heart and passion has gone into creating this oasis. Highly recommend!
Escapadita is a super fun place to hang out! They have the absolute best live music! The band Los Mojados is incredible!!! The sunsets are divine! The atmosphere is so much fun and the food is great and it’s right on the beach and the hotel is perfect especially for surfers!
It's easy to give a solid 5-Star rating to La Escapadita's beachfront Hotel, Restaurant & Bar in Esterillos. I have known the owners for years as they are all successful musicians with the Los Mojados Band which formed in 2003. They play at their hotel during the week as well as in the region. Weekly events are held on certain nights such as Tuesday night Bingo Games. Once a month is their "Full Moon Party" which is a ton of fun with band and a bonfire on the beach.
We absolutely love this place. La Escapadita is centrally located to near by shops, restaurants and everything you need to enjoy the best of Costa Rica. Right on the beach and a great place to mix it up with friends, locals and tourists. More like family. I’m not sure of the schedule but you can often find local bands playing and the restaurant and lounge are a total vibe. Great surf just steps away and a safe and friendly place to stay. 10/10 recommend.
Ray and The staff at La Escapadita are great! The food is good and The entertainment is phenomenal. Ray is really motivated in adding stuff to do every night during the week between karaoke, bingo, open mike night lots of fun good and times. Oh and the Sunsets are spectacular right in their front yard
