We got a great recommendation to come here from a staff member at El Mangroove hotel. The food and service were excellent. Seafood is very fresh, and make sure to save room for the churros- they are amazing!! Unfortunately because we came after sunset when it was dark, we didn’t get a great view of the water.
Words can't say, you must visit and taste for yourselves. Delisioso😘😘😘😘😘 5 kisses for 5 stars. Excellent service by Alexis the server and chef put his foot in this food 💙
Recommended here from another local restaurant owner and couldn't have been happier! Staff was super attentive and nice and the food was extremely flavorful! They ran out of the Caribbean style chicken but substituted with breasts. Still very moist and tender. The Asian fusion was just what we needed after a week of Costa Rican food!
Alexis made our experience at Hacienda Blu absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, the service was warm, attentive, and genuine. The ceviche was phenomenal — incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. And the snapper… hands down the MOST delicious fish I’ve had, cooked perfectly with stunning presentation. Every detail from the food to the atmosphere felt elevated yet relaxed. Highly recommend asking for Alexis if you go — exceptional service and an amazing dining experience all around.
10/10 — Perfect First Stop in Costa Rica! This was the very first place we visited after landing, and it set the tone for our entire trip! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, exactly what you want after a long flight. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. If you’re arriving in the area, this is the perfect first stop. 10/10 — highly recommend!
