I couldn’t believe a fancy place like this could have such a good price. The landlord is very nice and available for questions etc. If we need anything he does hes best to provide. The beach is like endless heaven and the surfing pretty good. We found sloths, monkeys and lizards near the house. The best place on the whole journey!

Coco Beach Village truly feels like a little paradise, with the most beautiful garden and just steps away from the beach. Everything was wonderfully uncomplicated from start to finish and the delicious breakfast each morning made the stay even more enjoyable. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and David was a thoughtful and attentive host throughout our stay. After a week, it was honestly hard to leave - we would have loved to stay even longer in Matapalo. Such a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy. Thank you for everything! 🙏🏻🫶🏽
A truly charming place. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel at home right away. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The nearby beach is absolutely stunning, often completely empty, with very soft sand — a real hidden paradise. We would definitely come back.
