I had a fantastic stay at Casa Calocita! The atmosphere is very easy-going and the whole place is spotlessly clean. The location is perfect—central yet very quiet. Andrina and Jean are wonderful hosts; they are super helpful, kind, and always easy to reach. I especially loved the spacious kitchen! It has everything you need and plenty of fridge space for your fruits and groceries. A great bonus is that they provide drinking water, which is so helpful. I can highly recommend this place for a stress-free stay. I’ll definitely be back!
Staying here is awesome and you should definitely book it. The owners are super nice and have 2 dogs that are friendly. The rooms are really clean. There’s a big shared kitchen and another co-working space. It’s easy to meet people. There’s AC in the rooms and it’s definitely the best value I’ve found in the area. The location is the best. Plenty of restaurants/cafes/big grocery store. The owners have a pretty good selection of longboards/mid lengths and maybe one or 2 short boards (can’t remember but definitely have longer boards). The surf is right out front.
Lovely, amazing place to stay in Santa Teresa!! I stayed for almost a week and wished I could have stayed longer! First of all, the hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and all the staff great and helpful too. They gave me tips and patiently answered all my questions. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, there is a cozy and pretty common area with an equipped kitchen, plenty of trees and plants as shown in the photos. I loved the atmosphere there and I'm looking forward to the opportunity to be back again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Santa Teresa! And to Jean-Philippe, Andrina and Jaqueline - thanks again for everything!
Casa Calocita deserves more than 5 stars. While the location is ideal (just steps away from the beach, stores and top restaurants), the rooms are perfectly clean and the beds are small pieces of heaven - what makes this place really go over the top is its hosts, Jean and Andrina (and of course Gigi and Bambi). Their kindness, attention and positive vibes make your vacation feel like home. I'll be back. Todo pasa.
Absolutely amazing in EVERY way! The hosts treat you like family. They’re so sweet and welcoming and so are there adorable dogs. The location is perfect right across from the beach and near a great grocery store and tons of cafes and restaurants. The rooms are so comfortable with a great kitchen and workspace too m. And they have starlink. Casa Calocita has it all!
